Jamie was brilliant, tidy, polite and efficient. He took a real pride in his work. I have no hesitation to recommend to anyone especially if you have a slightly anxious dog as we have which makes it hard to get workmen in. He took it in his stride, job well done.
Jamie's first job for us was replacing (at short notice) our boiler when it was declared unsafe earlier in the year. This time we gave him the house keys whilst we went on holiday for a fortnight. On our return we were delighted at the transformation, it was everything had we asked for, and more. We cannot recommend Jamie highly enough.
Mr Firbank went to great lengths to help me out when he found that a previous engineer had caused a problem that prevented the safety certification from being carried out. He was really good and came back on a second occasion to complete the certification without extra charge, and advised me on what I needed to tell the company that had caused the problem.
